Okay, quick funny so I don't abandon this entirely.
While passing by the librarians' counter at our public library this afternoon, I noticed an unusual object--a small flyswatter--sticking up out of each of the three or four pencil cups. (Okay, so that's not so unusual. But the library really doesn't have a fly problem.) On getting closer, I saw that each had been inscribed on the blade with a Sharpie. Each read: CELL PHONE WHACKER.
The librarian on duty allowed that she was thinking of having them patented.
